Nevett Ford

The Challenge

Nevett Ford, one of Melbourne’s oldest law firms, put out a tender to acquire the right digital marketing agency that could help its key service areas significantly grow. Upon winning the tender process due to its proven results and legal copywriting and Chinese translation capacities, Sprout Online began the task to devise and implement a digital strategy for lead generation that would lead to business growth.

The Approach

Our digital strategy consisted of firstly developing a new website for Nevett Ford that would showcase their expertise and experience and allow them to share informative articles and valuable resources. We then implemented a content-driven SEO strategy to get them highly ranked on Google, supplemented with Google Ad campaigns to ensure the law firm was found for suitable keywords in both the organic and paid sections of Google.

The Result

In the 12 months proceeding our activation of SEO and Google Ads for Nevett Ford, we achieved a prodigious 1,533 goal completions for the company, consisting of 498 chat initiations, 479 consultation booking form submissions, 299 calls and other email and contact form submission enquiries. Activity which has enabled Nevett Ford to grow despite the restrictive effects of the Covid pandemic.
